Knowing how to identify the constitution of a person and how their body will respond to and adapt to herbs is an important part of herbalism.  Whether you want to learn more to help your family and friends or go into practice, identifying the energetics of a person is key to having a better herbal experience.    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each month, we will explore a variety of herbs associated with the specific body system or topic we will be discussing.  You will taste each of the herbs in a tea and learn about the many ways they function in the body.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On nice days, some of the time will be spent outside identifying the plants

and talking about their medicinal uses. Some months, we will make medicine so you get the

hands on experience and feel confident doing this on your own.  We will make

everything from tinctures to syrups, teas, salves and pills, just to name a few.  

Of course, you may already be making your own plant medicine, so this experience will

allow you to ask more questions and offer suggestions about your own experiences.

At the end of the 11 months, you will have gained the wisdom and experience to move forward confidently incorporating plants into your life and the lives of your loved ones.  You will receive a Certification of Completion from Rosemary Gladstar’s organization.
